Gift Idea: Candy Bouquet

If you're looking for a sweet gift for your loved one, Roses has you covered with our large selection of candy. In this DIY, you can either create a candy bouquet or a candy basket. It's up to you! Both items will make your recipient smile from ear to ear. So let's get started. Here are the items that you will need:

  • A cup, bucket, or container of some sort

  • Up to 20 candy items

  • Clear Tape

  • Straws, or a stick of some sort

  • A big ribbon or bow to add the finishing touch

  • Plastic wrap, construction paper, or wrapping paper

To begin making your candy bouquet, first grab the 20 candy items you picked up from the store. Now grab your clear tape and your stick, and begin to attach one stick to the back of every piece of candy, in a way that does not show the tape. Once this step is done, you want to begin to make the hold for the bouquet. In order to do this, you will take either the plastic wrap, construction paper, or wrapping paper, and fold it in way that it makes a bouquet holder shape. Once your holder is made, place it inside of your cup, bucket, or container you purchased, and begin placing your pieces of candy in strategically. If your candy is not standing up, you can always use more tape to help it stay in place. Once all of your candy is placed, take your ribbon or bow and place is around the bottom of your bouquet, to add the decorative effect to them. After all of these steps are completed, take your lovely candy bouquet and give it to someone to make their day! Tag us on our social media accounts and show us what you came up with. And remember, your local Roses Discount Store has all of the items that you need to complete this gift. You can also add items that are not related to candy, if you would like to spice up your bouquet some more!
